Please join us again for our second November Group Fitness Class! In honor of how thankful we are for each and every one of you, we have elected to offer this class COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!
The class will be one hour and focus on restorative stretching and yogic techniques, with cardio bursts throughout to keep your heart-rate revving! No equipment is necessary, but we do recommend bringing a yoga or exercise mat as the grass may be dewy or wet.
