It’s the end of 2021!
Please join us for our final Group Fitness Class of the year! In celebration, we have elected to offer this class COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!
The class will be one hour and focus on upper body burn! No equipment is necessary, but we do recommend bringing a yoga or exercise mat as the grass may be dewy or wet.
*Option to bring light hand weights (recommended 1-5lbs range)for an added challenge, but I promise this class will burn out that upper body without weights!
