Since the custom programs will vary in length, number of workouts, and complexity of exercises, the prices will also vary in accordance with those details. I am always happy to provide a no-obligation quote prior to program design that I will gladly honor within 90 days of issuing the quote.
All of my custom program designs will include a weekly check-in phone or Zoom call and access to text during business hours. I am also happy to provide video-demonstrations of any exercises you may be unfamiliar with.
